ABOUT ME

Everyone interprets information, communicates, and makes decisions differently. That's why I initially was interested in the field of education and why I became certified in the distribution of various personality assessments. Those certifications combined with my interests in how people learn, lead me to design and develop over 20+ Instructor Led Trainings (ILT) and Blended Learning Trainings on the topics of MBTI, CliftonStrengths, Leadership Development, Effective Communication, Teamwork, Supervision, and more.

My biggest takeaway from the 9+ years I have spent designing and developing engaging learning experiences for various audiences is that the learning process is contextual and changes on a case-by-case basis. It all depends on who’s in the room and what they are trying to get out of the session. I understand that every audience is different and deserves individualized analysis of needs or learning gaps and the creation of tailored solutions. I am passionate about designing and developing content, experiences, modules, trainings, etc. to facilitate the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Ultimately, I am eager to help people do their jobs better.
