Challenge: Organization's executive officers are experiencing significant conflicts that are impeding their ability to do their jobs effectively. They are struggling with group cohesion, effective communication, conflict management due to varying personalities and leadership styles.

Solution: One instructor-led training was recommended since all learners are local and it is a small number of learners. The emphasis on teamwork and group cohesion would benefit from an in-person learning experience where learners can apply knowledge in real time.

Challenge: Entire organization is about to enter a busy and stressful time. They want a learning experience to increase self-awareness (particularly under stress) and to improve their communication. This is a proactive session designed to prevent conflicts from occurring in such a large group.
